How we work.
Every engagement begins with a 30-minute conversation. We do not send proposals before we understand the problem. After that initial call, we present a one-page brief that defines the problem, the audience, the constraints, and the success criteria — and we agree on it together before any work begins.
From there, you receive weekly written updates, a private build channel, and a single point of contact. We work in two-week sprints, ship to TestFlight or internal track every Friday, and bill monthly. No retainers, no long contracts, no surprise invoices.
Our typical engagement is 8 to 16 weeks. We accept a maximum of four concurrent projects at any one time — this is what allows us to keep the quality high and the studio sane.
